Terms & Conditions for Teachers

1. Service Charges

   • We charge 50% of one month’s salary as a one-time service fee for providing part-time home tutoring jobs.

   • For hourly-based classes, we charge 60% of one month’s salary as a service fee.

2. Membership

   • A membership fee of ₹1000 is applicable, valid for one year.

3. Discontinuation of Classes

   • If you discontinue the class at any time during the month after joining, you are required to pay 50% of the prescribed monthly fee as our service charge.

4. Code of Conduct

   • Any unethical or unfair practices after joining will result in strict action, including potential reporting or blacklisting on public platforms.

   • Any misbehavior or misconduct at the student’s residence will lead to immediate termination and legal or disciplinary action.

   • Providing false or duplicate information in your profile or documents will result in strict action.

5. Payment Terms

   • The first two months’ tuition fees will be transferred to your bank account through our agency only.

   • The first month’s fee will be credited at the end of the month.

   • The agency will not be responsible for any issues arising after two months of tuition.

6. Leave Policy

   • Teachers are not entitled to vacations, except on major religious festivals of their respective faiths.

7. Complaints & Misconduct

   • If any complaint from parents arises regarding fee-related misconduct or cheating, strict action will be taken, which may include public disclosure of the issue.

8. Document Verification

   • Document verification is mandatory. No class assignment will be provided without valid identification and qualification documents.
