Terms & Conditions for Parents

1. Fee Payment

   • The first two months’ fees must be paid in advance and deposited directly into the agency’s account.

   • Fees are non-refundable and non-adjustable once paid.

   • Payment for the first two months is mandatory in advance.

2. Agency Responsibility

   • The agency will be responsible for all issues related to the teacher or classes during the first two months only.

   • After two months, the agency will not be responsible for any concerns or disputes between the parent and teacher.

3. Class Schedule & Holidays

   • Classes will not be conducted if any major festival of the teacher’s religion falls on a scheduled class day.

   • If you take a holiday for 1 or 2 days, the classes will not be adjusted.

   • If you take a holiday for more than 2 consecutive days, the teacher and agency will coordinate to reschedulemissed classes, if possible.

   • Parents cannot compel teachers to attend classes outside of the agreed schedule.

4. Examination Period

   • During exams or extra sessions, teachers may charge an additional fee for extended teaching hours or special preparation sessions.

5. References & Recommendations

   • If you refer the teacher to another client, any issues arising with that client will be solely your and the teacher’s responsibility. The agency will not be involved.

6. Service Charges

   • A service charge of ₹500 will be collected for providing teacher services.

   • This service charge is valid for 6 months, during which you can request multiple teachers if required.
